Our Mission
To inspire confidence, self-discovery, leadership, and positive change through original storytelling, theatrical performance, and creative education.
About Grace The Stage
Grace The Stage is a purpose-driven creative arts and education company that uses original storytelling, theatrical performance, and interactive learning to inspire confidence, self-discovery, and leadership.
Meet the Founder
Grace The Stage was founded by Reeshemah A. Norfleet, a playwright, producer, educator, and facilitator with a heart for helping people discover who they are and step boldly into who they are becoming.
Reeshemah has written and produced six original stage plays — The Little Girl; Mirror, Mirror on the Wall; Choose That Door; It Was All a Dream; The Neighbor; and The Prison Within — each exploring identity, choices, healing, and new beginnings.
Drawing on years of experience in teaching, leadership development, and community programming, Reeshemah also created a 20-hour youth theatre curriculum that builds confidence, communication, and creativity in young people.
Today, Grace The Stage brings that same blend of story and practice to libraries, schools, churches, nonprofits, colleges, and organizations — creating spaces where participants can experience a moment, make a choice, practice a skill, and leave a little braver than they came.
